A Personal Chef is a professional who comes into your home and prepares about 2 weeks worth of dinners customized to the way you like to eat. The meals are packaged for the refrigerator and freezer and labeled with reheat instructions so you can enjoy them later when you are ready. Grocery shopping is included!
