The United States Personal Chef Association (USPCA) was established in 1991 and is by far the largest professional trade organization for personal chefs in the United States, Puerto Rico and throughout Canada. The mission of the USPCA is to identify culinary trends, anticipate demand and provide members with the knowledge to meet those demands, plus keep working personal chefs abreast of the latest industry news and growth through continuing education and formal education opportunities.
The USPCA is the only professional trade organization for working personal chefs authorized to award the distinguished Certified Personal Chef designation, which is the only Federally registered certification for personal chefs. The USPCA introduced the concept of personal chefs and continues to be recognized as the undisputed industry authority setting service standards for excellence.
The educational division of the USPCA is the Culinary Business Academy, which provides professional culinary business education to culinary minded individuals wishing to start and operate their own independent home based culinary business. The Culinary Business Academy is the only provider of professional personal chef business knowledge licensed by a Private Post-Secondary Commission on Higher Education.
The USPCA and Culinary Business Academy stand ready to assist with whatever industry information you are seeking. When you contact us, you are contacting the personal chef experts.
